JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Works directly with the Security Support Services team for maintenance support of security equipment. Handle & coordinate the master task’s list and accomplish the SAT activities and daily security systems maintenance schedule; provide regular progress reports to customers and supervisor on request; handle the integrated security systems in term of (upgrade, maintain and extension) and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• SAT for access control equipment which includes Hydraulic crash barriers, drop arm gates, CCTV, IDAS, card readers, turnstiles etc.
• Respond immediately to any trouble ticket issued by Security Operations for maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect all gates and posts on a routine basis, clean the equipment as preventive maintenance.
• Visit fencing and lighting on routine basis to ensure that IDAS (Intrusion Detection Assessment System) works properly and provide any maintenance to the system, if necessary.
• Visit all security systems equipment on a routine basis to ensure that all systems work properly and provide some maintenance to the system, if necessary.
• Visit the security buildings to ensure all buildings are maintained and not impacting the security operations duties by coordinating with contractors and other departments.
• Review and create safe work permit.
• Keep proper inventory of spare parts ordered and consumed for maintenance and needed reports in terms of inventory.
• Lead improvement efforts in the scheduling process to raise the site’s efficiency levels.
• Participate in engineering studies in any several basic or special problem and evaluate data as to scope, effect or existing installation or system, economic value, long- rage planning and budgetary considerations
• Provide and support the security personnel with the required knowledge to operate the security systems.
• Track and evaluate performance against established procedures and measurements.
• Flexible any related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor.
• Multitasking and willing to learn any additional task as required by the managements.
4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
• Diploma degree or Equivalent.
Professional Qualifications
(Certifications & Accreditations)
• HCIS approval required.
• Relevant Experience Certificate (Optional).
• Computer related Certificate if any.

• Comprehensive knowledge of access control equipment and security systems, including hydraulic crash barriers, CCTV, IDAS, card readers, and turnstiles, is essential for effective maintenance and operational oversight.
• Ability to respond promptly to trouble tickets, conduct routine inspections, and perform preventive maintenance ensures that all security equipment functions optimally and reduces downtime.
• Keeping an accurate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies is crucial for efficient operations.
• Collaborating with contractors and other departments to maintain security buildings and systems requires strong communication and project management skills to ensure seamless operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Willing to learned and adapt new environment to enhance knowledge and skills.
