JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

The holder is responsible to identify, evaluate, and review risk details to provide approval, which involves cooperation and comprehensive coordination with risk members concerns ensuring address identified risks compliance with regulatory requirements. also coordinating from security team in addressing administrative concerns, continuously monitors and reviews the effectiveness of risk record processes and engages with the organization to foster understanding and support for risk management initiatives

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identify and evaluate risks record and coordinate with the concerned security team member.

• Working support with security team to identify risks to be aligned policies and procedures.

• Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies pertaining to records and risk management.

• Ability to identify risk assessment reports to inform the department managers.

• Coordinate with the department related administrative concerns.

• Maintain the best practice to address potential emergencies or disruptions.

• Track the report and key performance indicator related to records management and risk mitigation effort.

• Collaborate closely with all team members in each department to integrate risk management practices into their operations.

• Effective support related administrative concerns to all management members in the organization.

• Continuously monitor risk management processes and review their effectiveness.

• Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure effective communication regarding records and other related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS,

Diploma degree in relevant field or Equivalent.

• English Program Certificates.

• Risk Management related program.

• Administrative related program.

• Experience related Desk/Support Office

• Languages: Excellent Communication Skills in English (oral & written).

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Understanding administrative workflow and route to the proper concerns.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of risk management principles, administration process, methodologies, and tools to effectively identify, assess, and prioritize the task that could impact the improvement of operations.

• Possess the ability a comprehensive coordination related administrative concerns to guide the procedures tailored to the organization's specific needs and implement them effectively across the organization.

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements related to administration and ensure that the risk record is aligned with the requirements to maintain compliance.

• Efficient cooperation and coordination with the organization to support related administrative reports that provide valuable insights to management members, enabling informed decision-making.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey risk-related and other administrative information to the management members and other team members.

• Proficient in MS Office (Power point, Excel and words) + outlook.

Experience

• At least 6-11 years of relevant experience.
