Your future role & Job Purpose

Job Purpose:

  • The role holder is responsible for managing, and administrating asset management contracts including but not limited to monitoring the contracts KPIs, working with internal stakeholders to ensure providing safe and timely services and reviewing and approving invoices.

Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing, administrating, and monitoring Asset Management & Capital Projects (AMCP) contracts

  • Work closely with all AMCP internal stakeholders including Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors to ensure providing the contractual services safely, timely and at the most cost-effective way.

  • Monitor contracts’ KPIs and report deviations. Then, arrange for corrective actions to put the KPIs back on track.

  • Review contracts’ invoices and approve their accuracy.

  • Review and fully understand the contracts’ scope of work.

  • Ensure that all contracts’ legal terms and conditions are met.

  • Prepare and upload into IFS the contractors’ annual performance evaluation.

  • Release POs and follow up on their approvals.

  • Support AMCP contractors with their logistical needs such as security passes and safety inductions.

  • Release contracts PRs and follow up on their approvals.

  • Performing all assigned tasks in safe manner with zero tolerance to IMI safety regulation

Who we are looking for

Education:

  • BS degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 3-9 years of related experience

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • HSE, Accountability and initiative taken for managing, maintaining, and improving the IMI’s health, safety, and environmental performance.

  • Commitment to Quality, ensure continual process improvement alongside an ethos that is committed to ensuring that performance expectations of all assets are continually met.

  • Communication, to be clear and decisive

  • Business Acumen, experienced in developing, implementing and sustaining new business directions/functions with appropriate commercial and technical acumen.

  • Outstanding Communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Languages:

  • Excellent English Skills
