Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for coordinating amongst the various Operation Services (OS) functions in day to-day activities to promote a wide-eye view of the Operation Services’ ongoing activities. The role holder will therefore be responsible for maintaining communication channels within OS and with other business units as required to support decision making.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate and align within the organization to follow up on progress of ongoing activities related to the integration of the overall Operation Services business unit and represent information accordingly and appropriately.

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve reporting material for historical, current and future program lookahead while ensuring a high level of data and information integrity.

  • Work towards the development of a wide-eye view of the overall operation service activities’ health and status.

  • Participate in the necessary project initiation/planning exercises (i.e. bid reviews, proposal development, etc.)

  • Contribute to team discussions related to program analysis, evaluation and findings.

  • Present gathered information (including insights and recommendations) in a clear and concise manner to relevant stakeholders accordingly.

  • Develop compiled reporting templates and follow through introduction and execution accordingly.

  • Maintain a track of Senior Management reporting items and material and follow up collection of information to report in a timely manner.

  • Develop simplified internal department reports to promote alignment and common understanding amongst functional team members.

  • Engage in periodical SVP meetings with the relevant stakeholders to review the Projects and Program

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Economics, Business informatics, MIS, Communications or equivalent.

• Master’s degree is a plus

  • Professional Qualifications

• Dashboard Development software (e.g. Power BI, etc.)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

  • Experience

At least 3-9 years of experience in a related field.

  • Languages

Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Teamwork and ability to cope with asymmetric information.

• Ability to proactively collaborate with various functional counterparts to collect and analyze information as necessary.

• Proficient knowledge of MS office (MSP, Excel, Power Point, word etc.)

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Strong command of MS Suite (including MS Project)

• Analytical and critical thinking skills

• Basic project-based manufacturing knowledge

• Ability to perform in an evolving environment where asymmetric information is present.

• Ability to meet periodically recurring deadlines in an agile environment and respond to ad hoc requirements.

• Ability to deal with asymmetric information.
