Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible to Manages all aspects of Residential Service provision, either internally or by direct oversight and management of third parties to ensuring they meet safety, health, and environmental standards also to enhance the residential experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and maintain residential facilities, ensuring they meet safety, health, and environmental standards.

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary to provide a comfortable living environment.

  • Oversee the allocation of residential spaces based on IMI needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy and manage room assignments for employees.

  • Enhance the residential experience by coordinating and providing amenities such as recreational areas, common spaces, and other facilities.

  • Manage access control systems and collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure residential environment.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to offer additional services that contribute to the well-being of residents including landscaping, laundry, and housekeeping services.

  • Providing advice to building owners on best practice.

  • Developing a strategy that will ensure all areas are properly cleaned and this is communicated to the CSP.

  • Managing the Cleaning Service Provider (CSP).

  • In conjunction with the CSP developing a cleaning regime that will ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Identifying high profile areas and requiring the CSP to develop a solution that will ensure these prestige areas are continually clean.

  • Ensure the CSP implements a service delivery methodology based upon BICS.

  • Ensures the CSP deploys trained staff.

  • Ensures the CSP has adequate equipment available.

  • Integrating the CSP service into a wider facilities management operation.

  • Ensuring a full daily cleaning regime is in place.

  • Identifying and ensuring compliance with statutory instruments

  • Developing a Periodic Cleaning plan

  • Contributing to budgets and cost of service forecasts

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary to provide a comfortable living environment.

  • Managing and overseeing periodic and deep cleans

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out safely.

  • Liaising with the client where areas need to be cordoned off or when disruptive cleaning takes place.

  • Attend client and internal meetings.

  • Monitor service performance and adherence to budget.

  • Verify the CSP invoice.

  • Manage and maintain residential   facilities, ensuring they meet safety, health, and environmental standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of   occupancy and manage room assignments for employees.

  • Enhance the residential   experience by coordinating and providing amenities such as recreational   areas, common spaces, and other facilities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administrator or equivalent. 

  • Experience

At least 15 to 20 years related experience.

  • Languages

Excellent command of English (writing and speech).

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of human resource management.

  • Strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven skills related to the position.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to delegate tasks and supervise others.

  • Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
