JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
A diligent member in the payroll team for timely and smooth delivery of routine work assigned. Excellent relationships will be built and maintained with your peers in other departments to drive a culture of fiscal and commercial responsibility and to facilitate financial knowledge transfer & acumen at all levels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• Collecting and calculating the data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Compiling summaries of earnings, GOSI, deductions, Annual Leave, Unpaid Leave Sick Leave / Disability / Maternity , and wages and reporting on this.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses.
• Populate bank payments, check payments, overseas payments to employees.
• Prepare payment plan to treasury for arranging fund
• Employee account reconciliation
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Assist audit team during auditing of records.
• Reports on payroll expenses.
• Prepare employees’ End of Service Benefits compensation as and when required.
• Answer questions about compensation, benefits, deductions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or Equivalent.
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)
• Professional Certification in the related field (CFA, CPA, etc.)

• Familiarity in analyzing/generating financial statements.
• Understanding Government Laws and Regulations (GOSI, etc.)
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
• Familiarity in ERP systems and other related financial reporting systems
• Familiarity with account reconciliation/Audit • Proficient in MS Office application
Experience
• Minimum of 9-15 years’ experience handling payroll
Languages
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
• Arabic Language (Spoken/Written) Will Be An Advantage
