Job Purpose

The Senior Consultant will develop and implement the hard services strategies that’s’ lead to FM&SS growth and managing all aspects either internally or by direct oversight and management of third parties. Also, he will rule the Technical Services, Facilities Maintenance, Technical Planning, Technical Administration, Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Design and develop all policies & procedures in relation to hard services provision.

Key Accountabilities
  • Designing such policies and procedures necessary to ensure built assets are properly maintained.

  • Developing a maintenance regime that will ensure facilities are fully functional.

  • Identifying critical maintenance and services by developing a response and contingency plan in the event of failure.

  • Managing the Maintenance Service Provider (MSP)

  • Integration of the requirements of ISO 55,000 at all levels.

  • Ensure the MSP implements a service delivery methodology based upon SFG 20.

  • Ensure hard services provision is aligned with the quality assurance standard.

  • Ensure Equipment and spare part are optimized.

  • Managing & reporting on the engineering division such as mechanical, HVAC, Civil, Electrical.

  • Ensuring a full PPM regime is in place and introducing alternative approaches such as CBM.

  • Managing activities covered by scope writer & cost estimator in relation to maintenance plan implementation.

  • Identifying support requirements (logistics, tools, equipment etc.).

  • Implement a Forward Maintenance Register.

  • Contributing to maintenance Lifecycle plans.

  • Managing and overseeing minor projects and new works.

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out safely in accordance with HSE policies & procedures.

  • Manage & inform the client where shutdowns are required.

  • Monitor MSP service performance and adherence to budget.

  • Verify the MSP budget and the financial information.

  • Identify and control the management of risk.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Excellent Computer Skills (all MS suites) Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Integrity, and confidentiality.

Experience
  • Requires minimum of 20 years related experience.
