Your future role & Job Purpose

Job Purpose:

We are looking to hire Senior Planner, Maintenance  who will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Schedule asset management activities using the company ERP (IFS), plan resources, action and complete the work order process.
  • Responsible to manage spare parts and tools inventor, maintain the asset register, monitor KPIs, and generate all related reports. 
Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships

Key Accountabilities:

  • Adhere to work regulations, quality, and safety standards.
    Safely and cost-effectively plan and schedule all asset management activities by implementing all the 
    ISO55001, 2014 planning and scheduling recommendations and Asset Maintenance Planning document # 
    IMI00000-AMO-GL-IMS-0-0005. 
  • Ensure IFS asset data quality by using ISO 55001 quality measures and implementing Asset Management 
    Information Standards Guideline document # IMI00000-AMO-GL-IMS-0-0007. 
  • Monthly review of operating and financial statements. 
  • Frequently review the assigned zones’ Assets Register in the ERP (IFS) System and ensure it is complete and equipped with all the necessary technical details.
  • Recommend best planning practices in overseeing efficient, cost-effective, and flexible maintenance activities within established budgets. 
  • Ensure all new Assets are acquired with adequate level of data and ensure their registration in IFS with all associated requirements for allocation, maintenance, and performance evaluation. 
  • Provide suggestions to improve IFS applications, and processes.
  • Participate with the asset management team to frequently review the maintenance strategies and ensure their adequacy.
  • Manage your assigned zones work order execution within the KPI allowable time frame.
  • Participate in assets criticality assessments.
  • Manage spare parts and consumables inventory.
  • Manage tools and equipment inventory.
  • Participate in developing and controlling maintenance budgets.
  • Monitor the business related KPIs and take timely action to meet their targets.
  • Review assets leasing incentives and comparable units to maintain a continued awareness of market trends.
  • Monitor, document, and report subcontractors’ performance

Who we are looking for

Education:

  • High Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum seven (9) years of practical maintenance planning experience

Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):

  • Must have a working knowledge of OSHA and/or NEBOSH standards and practices.
  • Hands on experience on any maintenance or asset management ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Maximo or any CAFM system) is a must.
  • IAM asset management principles certificate is a plus.
  • IFS practical experience is a plus.
  • Excellent Computer Skills in MS Office
