Your future role & Job purpose
We are looking to hire Planning & Programs Analyst II, who will be responsible for but not limited to:
The Planning and Program Analyst II, will be responsible for coordination of key management information to the support services, strategy & planning and operational functions as well as being a key link between other functions that requires support services mainly around Travel, Logistics and Inventory. The Planning and Program Analyst II, will prepare weekly/fortnightly support services operational updates and reports as required and coordinate the responsibilities tasks and activities of the department.
Key Accountabilities
- Effectively coordinate and communicate between contracted travel management company, as well as individual travel service providers, such as airlines, lodging, courier, vehicle and other requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule the departments program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the department and set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and track all support services commercial contracts for the FM&SS department as required.
- Prepare and distribute weekly management information on travel, logistics, inventory and travel and report key issues.
- Deliver appropriate reporting/analysis to the business as required for the services in scope.
- Support the FM&SS department during the annual planning process, drive the development of operational plans that support the financial expectations and ensure that the department is accountable for the plans.
- Review and updates of work instructions, process, procedures and any related IT requirements.
- Support the month end process, reviewing outputs and delivering commentaries that provide
insight into business performance for the services. - Preparation of various presentations, reports and financial analysis for Senior Management as required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Who we are looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or other business related studies.
- 3 + years' relevant experience
- Experience and knowledge in reporting and analysis
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing service delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills (all MS suites especially Excel), Organized and Methodical, Planning and Problem Solving Skills, Good Communicator.
- Ability to work in a cooperative and collaborative manner within a culturally diverse work force.
