Job Objective
Credit Risk Analyst
Responsibilities
Evaluate the credit worthiness of the service providers as per the internal procedure based on the SOW and the size of contracts.
Assess the performed contracts and related experience of the potential engagement with the service providers.
Propose and verify the necessary qualifications, certification, and licenses prior to permitting the official registration of the potential service providers.
Carrying out a detailed credit analysis of the Credit and Investment proposals, including financial modelling, analysis, ratios, projections, valuations, and industry & peer analysis.
Identify and analyze counterparty risks and report the mitigation strategy
Ensure that all approved credit applications comply with the company policies and procedures.Assist in monitoring credit facilities and customers competencies, completing credit risk review memos, assessing risk-return investment and preparation of executive committee minutes and reporting of credit exposure/risk in line with internal policies and risk appetite.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / higher diploma / Masters (preferably majors in Finance)
Profound knowledge of financial principles, credit terms, and risk assessment practices.
Analytical abilities to evaluate financial data and determine credit worthiness.
Collaborative spirit to work synergistically with finance, sales, and other departments.
3-5 years of proven experience in credit analysis or related financial roles.
Insurance Specialist
Responsibilities
Oversee the broker activities on all transactions including but not limited to risk evaluation, programs design, coverage binding, policies issuance, premium settlement and claims processing & settlement.
Active lead on the new policy procurement and the followed renewals
Pre-renewal review and analyzing policies T&C against the exposure.
Producing a weekly update report on all ongoing insurance related activities
Evaluate and measure the broker’s performance and escalate any failure or challenges.
Contracts review & optimize the insurance provisions.
Ad hoc reports on the insurance programs

Qualifications

Chartered Insurance Institute or Institute of Risk Management (advantageous)
Advisory role with field experience in Insurance in any big manufacturing industry, broking firm, or insurance company.
Good knowledge & experience of Corporate Insurance, Property Insurance, Equipment Insurance, Project Insurance, Medical & Life Insurance.
Collaborative spirit to work synergistically with finance, sales, and other departments.
3-5 years of proven experience in Insurance or underwriting roles.
Experience and sound technical knowledge in handling general lines underwriting and placement.
