Job Purpose:

The role holder responsibility entails crafting and implementing robust digital marketing strategies aimed at amplifying brand visibility across diverse digital channels, including social media platforms and the corporate website.

Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships:

• Develop and lead the implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and display advertising.

• Analyze key metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure team success.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating innovative strategies and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Lead the development of digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and track performance against goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Relevant Professional Certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and social media management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in related field including 5 years in Managerial level.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
