• Responsible for the electrical and/or instrument discipline in the assigned project.
• Coordination with internal departments, customers, suppliers, & inspection agencies as instructed by the lead engineer.
• Activity planning, work assignment, work scheduling, and monitoring of the own and assigned teams.
• preparation of design basis, project-specific specifications, and datasheets for basic and detailed engineering; feasibility studies; analysis and calculations; and tender document preparation.
• Report day-to-day project activities to the lead engineer / division head.
• Preparation of various engineering deliverables (drawings & documents) such as SLD’s, P&IDs, block diagrams, wiring schematics, sizing calculations & analysis, datasheets, equipment specifications, cause-and-effect diagrams, hook-ups, schedules and lists, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, layouts, and other documents, as assigned by the lead engineer.
• Participate and assist in inter-disciplinary checks and coordination
• Material engineering, which includes the preparation of purchase specifications, purchase requisitions (as required), technical bid evaluation, and supplier document review.
• Ensure that designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations, procedures, and contracts.
• responsible for the accuracy of design deliverables.
• Attend project & engineering review meetings, process & safety workshops, site surveys, FAT’s & inspections, and site surveys as instructed by the lead engineer / division head.
• Provide engineering support to the operations, commissioning, and completions teams.
• responsible for change management & risk identification.
• Identify the design improvements and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.
