Job Purpose
We are looking to hire Senior Specialist, Decision &Support,
This job role is to ensure As a Senior Specialist in Decision and Support, the responsibilities include coordinating activities for ExCom and Board of Managers meetings as well as interacting with shareholders, external parties, and internal stakeholders at IMI.Assists organizations by defining their capabilities, policies, procedures, and organization charts. Mathematical and statistical analyses of financial, economic, and operational data are undertaken to facilitate informed decision-making. This includes developing and utilizing mathematical models that assist in better understanding the data.
Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships
Key Accountabilities:
The Senior Specialist, Decision &Support who will be responsible for but not limited to:
Lead business interactions with shareholders, governmental entities, and third parties, ensuring regular reporting is provided as requested.
Oversee and execute all activities related to the ExCom meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings, and action items follow up.
Direct and facilitate all aspects of the board meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings, and action items follow up.
Manage budgeting, accountability, planning, and execution of the Corporate Planning function.
Compile, consolidate, and prepare internal and external weekly highlights, providing analysis and insights on key trends and performance indicators.
Conduct in-depth analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats (SWOT) to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Oversee the review of internal business intelligence, including quality, timeliness, service orientation, and other characteristics of current and planned projects, providing guidance and recommendations for improvement.

Frequent Communication with Senior Management and all department heads for direction and guidance.
External Interactions:
Company shareholders, affiliates, government entities and third parties as applicable.
Who we are looking for
Education:
B.S Degree, in Engineering, Project Management, Economics MIS, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience:
9-15 years of relevant experience
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):
Additional Professional qualification and/or certification (where occupational practice requires)
