Job Purpose
We are looking to hire Business Analyst,
This job role is to ensure Analyzes various business plans including budgeting and forecasting programs, such as manpower plans, labor cost, material expenditures, invoice payments and track the execution of those plans over the fiscal year.
Key Accountabilities
The Business Analyst who will be responsible for but not limited to:
Support in business interactions with Shareholders, governmental entities and third parties including providing regular reporting as requested.
Support in coordinating activities of the ExCom meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings and action items follow up.
Support in coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the board meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings and action items follow up.
Support managing budgeting, accountability, planning & activities execution of the Corporate Planning function.
Collect, consolidate, and prepare internal and external weekly highlights.
Support in analyzing internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats (SWOT).
Monitor and assist in the review of internal business intelligence such as quality, timeliness, service orientation and other characteristics of current and planned projects.
Assisting the management team in review and evaluation of important aspects of a decision, for proposing a recommended course of action.
Working Relationships:
Internal Interactions:
Frequent contact with Senior Management and all department heads for direction and guidance.
External Interactions:
Company shareholders, affiliates, government entities and third parties as applicable.
Who we are looking for
Education:
Bachelor of MIS, Finance, Business Administration, or related relevant major.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience

Numerical skills
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to understand broader business issues
Communication and presentation skills
Languages:
English. (Mandatory)
Arabic / Others (desirable)
