Your future role & Job Purpose:
We are looking to hire HRIS Analyst Who will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organizations HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.
Key Accountabilities:
The HRIS Analyst, will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Assesses current system performance and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.
• Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders.
• Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
• Collaborates with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features.
• Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation.
• Provides user training and hands-on support.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
• Maintains job, position, and assignment data within the Payroll and HR Information Systems.
• Works with Budget, People & Culture, and functional areas to maintain accuracy and currency of authorized positions, assignments, wage placement and wage tables in the system.
• Develops plans and leads staff on the testing and implementation of system upgrades and modifications. Works with Information Technology staff and systems vendors to identify and implement upgrades.
• Utilizes standard reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries.
• Develops and documents workflow processes to create efficiency in the operation of HR Information Systems. Works with Information Technology staff to implement complex workflow processes.
Who we are looking for:
Experience: 3-9 years of experience with HR business systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Technology or equivalent
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of database construction
• Ability to build relationships internally and with clients.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with HR systems
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Language: Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English and Arabic
