• Support on CAFM System implementation in coordination with the CAFM Vendor, Client, and Stakeholders.
• Support CAFM Manager in documenting & Implementing CAFM policy.
• Participate in designing CAFM Training Modules and training plans.
• Responsible for the deployment of FSI Go Solution and Task Activity design.
• Administer CAFM System and FSI Go subscription and billing.
• Closely coordinate with Vendor Support Team in identifying issues and resolution
• MDM Solution administration and support.
• Accounts and permission management ensures compliance of users according to the permission level required.
• Review and upload PPM Plans in coordination with service stream managers and service partners
• Design custom reports via Crystal Reports and Performance Dashboard via Power BI and Concept widgets
• Design and recommend Concept workflows and customization vital to operational efficiency.
• Backend Support for CAFM System servers including IIS Server application pools, SSL installation in server, Database maintenance and troubleshooting, writing custom SQL queries for special data requests.
• Support ICT Team in designing SharePoint Forms, Power Apps and power automate related to CAFM.
• User account administration for the CAFM system, creation of both users and roles and the assignment of permissions.
• Attend client and internal meetings.
• Identify and manage risks.
