Account Manager Off-take Sales Ships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IMI partners to ensure successful execution of off-take agreements and with new/existing clients in the Middle East to proactively identify upcoming business opportunities and fill sales pipeline

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management process – Off-take Clients:

  • Nurture the relationship with the partners, understand their needs and when they want to order what they have committed for, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the orders are fulfilled on time and within budget.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the partners and be available to address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their orders or future business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Sales and Marketing Manager, Proposal & Estimate Team, and Operations team, to ensure that the partners' needs are met and that their orders are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance, market trends, and partner development activities, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Sales Management process – External Clients within Middle East:

  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to identify and pursue new accounts within Middle East region according to sales strategy in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within Middle East region to proactively identify needs.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other departments, such as Proposals and Estimates, to develop effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.

  • Coordinate with the Proposal & Estimate team to develop competitive bids and proposals for new accounts and projects Aftersales.

  • Ensure that clients receive Aftersales high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services, being a reference person for client issues and coordinating with production to solve aftersales issue.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
