JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Work in developing, implementing, testing, and supporting digitalization business applications, systems, and in-house & capital projects solutions within recognized fields of Digitalization endeavours as detailed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Enhance and support existing digitalization solutions.

• Test and evaluate existing digitalization solutions.

• Participate in new solution design, development, implementation which include Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Internet of things technologies.

• Participate in solutions design, development and implementation projects by external vendors and ensure implementations as per agreed scope and standards.

• Develop necessary documentation per established standards, and adhere to Service Level Agreement, if exists, when supporting customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Technology (MIS), Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications

• AI, IIoT, and IT Industries Accredited and related certificate.

Competencies

(Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Knowledge of Database systems, E.g., MS SQL, Oracle etc.

• Familiar with Machine Learning algorithms tools, E.g., ANN, CNN, RNN, DT, SVM etc.

• Have the capability to learn start-of-the-art technologies including Robotics Process Automation, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, Computer Vision, etc.

Experience

• 3-9 years of relevant experience in Digitalization Technology function, fresh graduate is also acceptable.

Languages

• Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.

WORKING RELATIONS

Internal Interactions

• Frequent contact with Projects manager for direction and guidance, and with business customers for review and evaluation of business application requirements.

External Interactions

• Frequent contact with vendors for product information and technical support
