Job Purpose
We are looking to hire Manager, Program Management & Planning ,
This job role is to ensure
- Manage all reviews related to construction and startup sequence of the ongoing projects
- Review interdependencies for pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup. Identify concerns and associated risks. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to resolve interface issues
- Review schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned construction projects
- Manage the project control department interface with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and review their performance. Identify interface issues and dependencies. Evaluate performance gaps and prepare reports.
- Develop yard readiness responsibility matrix along with required actions by both internal and external organizations.
- Develop yard readiness integrated schedule and follow up with all organizations the status on weekly basis.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with internal and external organizations to review the yard readiness schedule status and the implementation of action items.
- Consolidate and review all data related to yard readiness and generate reports to senior management.
- Responsible for the control & administration of all elements relating to the project development and execution ensuring that it is implemented according to design specifications, standards, Company Policy and Quality Management system.
- Accountable to be responsible for monitoring overall construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities of the project.
- Able to identify project interdependencies and associated risk for overall readiness of the program/project.
- Leading a team of P6 Planners to develop, maintain and performance manage program schedules through identification of emerging trends and critical path analyses.
Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships
Key Accountabilities:
The Manager, Program Management & Planning who will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Ensure all elements relating to the project (Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, Budgets) are updated as per the project reporting criteria.
- Review and update project performance reports and produce measures to support schedule progress
- Liaising with Project management team (PMT) and Construction Management team (CMT)on all relevant planning issue
- Prepare weekly, monthly project budget, actual and forecast reports Vs Variance report.
- Development and implementation of best practice work breakdown structures and report coding specific to IMI requirements
- Program schedule management of complex and inter-related projects and programs of work, including resource scheduling and cost loaded programs.

Who we are looking for
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience:
- 15+ years in project management role and as an interface coordination for mega projects in shipbuilding, oil & gas or equivalent industry.
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):
- Knowledge in the use of PRIMAVERA (P6) planning package and conversant with Microsoft Project use is highly advantageous
- PMP Certificate and Certified cost Professional preferable (Not essential)

- Excellent knowledge of MS office (MSP, Excel, Power Point, word etc.)
