The, Specialist Organizational Design will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Provide input to OD policy and procedures.
2. Assist to define OD quality assurance and governance standards and principles.
3. Advise and guide managers, HRBP and operational OD on potential organizational changes
4. Assist to act as gatekeeper for any organizational changes proposed by the business
5. Ensure and oversee that OD principles are applied consistently
6. Review current organizational structures and identify optimization opportunities and gaps to meet future requirements.
7. Assist to design, update and maintain career architecture (linking job profiles to career paths) appropriate to IMI current and future business requirements.
8. Assist to design, update and maintain job design, job family classification and job profiles appropriate to IMI business current and future business requirements.
9. Provide input into job profile standards.
10. Collaborate closely with Compensation & Benefits to identify and clarify any impact of OD changes to Remuneration structures.
11. Review and verify job descriptions (comparing to career architecture, job profiles and OD principles) prior to coordinating job evaluation process.
12. Assist to review JE outcome and coordinate approval with Manager: Organizational Design.
13. Provide input into the Workforce Planning framework and methodology.
14. Support OD design projects across the company.
15. Conduct research and benchmarks into best practices in OD, WFP and Job Evaluation.
16. Support and implement workforce transition processes where relevant.
17. Design and implement Strategic Workforce & Analytics Plan (SWAP).
18. Participate to partner with business to design and implement IMI’s P&C policies, systems and programs, ensuring its competitiveness in the market to accelerate and optimize organizational performance and to overcome challenges.
19. Assist to unify and shape IMI’s culture through standardizing policies and assist to introduce contemporary policies to meet the Company’s growing needs.
