Your future role:
Security Planner is responsible for Plan, coordinate and follow-up all security operation department activities, shifts schedule, equipment’s maintenance, security personnel training need, uniforms, security tools and ensure that all security equipment’s are available. Moreover, to keep all the records of the correspondence and reports of the department.
Primary Accountabilities:
  • Ensures manpower coverages for all security shifts by plan the monthly shift schedule.
  • Follow-up all maintenance requests for industrial security operation department with concerned departments to complete all the jobs related and keep records.
  • Following all department training schedules, and make sure that all the training courses are attended, also record all the training hours individually and totally for all employees.
  • Control all industrial security operation correspondences, filing system and keep them in records.
  • Prepare and submits monthly reports on industrial security operation activities.
  • Contact and coordinate with uniforms vendor to make sure that all the uniforms are delivered in the right time for all employees in the department.
  • Preparing and plan all security drills internally or with the outside interties.
  • Coordinate and plan all industrial security operation department awareness programs.
  • Coordinate and planning the security activities with other departments during visiting VIP’s to the company.
  • Follow up/provide for all security section requirements/equipment’s that approved in the budget.   
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of HCIS Directives and security activities. 
  • A good knowledge of the use of PC. 
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills. 
  • Able to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in security planning.
