Job Purpose
We are looking to hire Maintenance Planning Superintendent ,
This job role is to ensure Maintenance Planning Superintendent is responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of Asset Management activities including Preventive, Predictive and Corrective ones. He/she also ensures that all orders are executed, completed, and closed with the proper history. He/she monitors and tracks all planning related KPIs and ensures they are within the predetermined targets.

Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships
Key Accountabilities:
The Maintenance Planning Superintendent who will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Supervising the maintenance planning team and overseeing it to make sure that the EAM System is updated each day with maintenance and operational data.
- Managing, administrating, and monitoring the AM Service and Maintenance contracts
- Monitor and track all planning related KPIs and ensure they are within the predetermined targets
- Developing SoWs for AM Service & maintenance contracts
- Ensure all Assets are acquired according to company procedure, registered in the ERP System along with all associated requirements for allocation, maintenance, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare EAM System Operational Procedures for instruction to IMI employees
- Implement EAM System continuous improvement workshops and follow up on suggestions/comments evaluating their cost vs benefit to IMI
- Leading procurement of tools & consumables for AMMO & YD&TS
- Monitor equipment allocation and planning requests in conjunction with planning department to maximize efficiency & utilization
- Assist all AMMO & YD&TS functions in the review & implementation of system change requests
- With Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Division collaboration, prepare Business Case Studies for acquisition of assets in association with relevant departments
- Manage the Help Desk Reporting Process and ensure it is being correctly operated
- Assist the Production/Project managers with preparation of budgets in relation to equipment for project/job execution
- Adopting cost reduction measures on the basis of daily equipment running parameters.
- Prepare equipment charge out rates
- Manage Equipment back charging to projects and internal clients
- Develop and maintain asset depreciation schedules for all equipment
- Verifying AM procurement and service invoices and creating receipts
- Assist BD for the Bidding rates
- Assist in assets’ life cycle cost analysis
- Implement ISO55001 and ensure full compliance to all its approved strategies, procedures, and guidelines
- Leading procurement of tools for Operations teams
- Manage, grant and control personnel access to ERP-IFS
- Implement IMI Asset Information standards guidelines

Who we are looking for
Education:
- Engineering BS and/or MBA
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in operational budgeting & maintenance planning activities
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):
- Maintenance Planning certificates are plus
- IAM Certification is a plus
- IFS practical experience is a must
- Excellent Computer Skills
