Job Purpose

We are looking to hire Asset Management Coordinator,

This job role is to ensure Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for keeping, managing, updating, and controlling all asset
management related documents. Moreover, he/she is responsible for reviewing, updating, and reporting all
asset management KPIs. He/she will also be responsible to report monthly KPIs for the mobile assets
monitoring system. “To preserve the function of our physical assets throughout their life period to the satisfaction of international
standards through continued process improvement, selecting and applying the most cost-effective techniques
along with proactively preventing and managing failures and their consequences”
“The Result of Maintenance work is process reliability, together, the result is production reliability”
“Safety + Maintenance + Operations = Production”.

Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships

Key Accountabilities:

The Asset Management Coordinator who will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Keeping, managing, updating, and controlling all asset management related documents and ensure
    their readiness for internal and external audits
  • Managing, administrating, and monitoring the AM Services and Maintenance contracts Documents
  • Ensure all the documents and records are update as per IMI IMS.
  • Design, review and update AMMO page at IMI internal website
  • Coordinating and facilitating in internal & External Audits
  • Participate in automating asset management processes
  • Analyze, report and document monthly KPIs for the mobile assets monitoring system
  • Support and update Equipment/Asset records and documents in the ERP system
  • Generate different weekly and monthly reports such as FRACAS and SPDP reports
  • Consolidate and analyze the help desk reports and list of tickets
  • Preparing Meeting notes, MOM and communicate through the Asset Management Team.
  • Design business system related solutions that would improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Updating Document Register and controlling the document numbering
  • Manage and control manpower time sheets

  • All AMMO GMs, Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors.
  • Asset Management Planners.
  • Asset Management Technicians.

External Interactions:

  • All YD&TS GMs, Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors.
Who we are looking for

Education:

  • Management Information System (MIS) BS degree.

Experience:

  • Fresh Graduate

Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):

  • Excellent Computer Skills

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • HSE, Accountability and initiative taken for managing, maintaining, and improving the IMI’s health, safety, and environmental performance.
