Your future role & Job Purpose:
The Senior Material Management Specialist at this stage is expected to be part of the warehouse team and plan and prepare the necessary
arrangements for the operation of the warehouses. In addition, the Senior Material Management Specialist shall participate in managing and
monitoring the warehouse third party service provider include and not limited to KPIs, procedures and planning.

Key Accountabilities:
• Adhere to IMI policies and safety standards.
• Ensure the operation of the warehouse is conducted in highly safe environment and in accordance
to the company safety standard.
• Responsible for the communication with all the stakeholders including operations, logistics, facility
management and quality to understand the needs and wants of end users.
• Work with the warehouse service provider to finalize the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plan
for the warehouse operations.
• Plan and monitor the warehouse operations including: the receipt of materials, pre-inspection,
storage of materials and issuing of materials.
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and service provider
performance.
• Constantly work to improve process and procedures and identify areas for improvements.
• Ensure the system is timely and accurately updated with all warehouses’ transactions.
• Responsible for maintaining the targeted inventory levels and orders of consumables items for
warehouses.
• Responsible for the process of physical inventory check.

Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Material Management or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects; deliver on schedule.
- Basic application of analytical skills and tools to make fact-based decisions.
- Ability to build relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing third party provided services.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related job's role.
