Your future role & Job Purpose

We are looking to hire Contracts Review & Cost Compliance Adviser, who will be responsible for but not limited to:

We are seeking a Contracts Review & Cost compliance to work as the Contracts Review specialist to read and analyzing moderately contracts and recommending contract changes based on observable needs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and perform comprehensive managerial functions at the unit level such as the training and development of staff, managing workload and taking the role of the group’s leader.
  • Develop and execute contractual actions using sound business judgment to achieve optimal commercial outcomes in a timely manner to meet the operational needs of Proponents.
  • Reading and analyzing moderately complex contracts, researching, and preparing draft contract specifications, policies, and procedures, interpreting contract requirements to contractors, and recommending contract changes based on observable needs.
  • Handle Risk Management and legal necessities. Review, lead procurement actions and commercial contract negotiations using data-driven approaches.
  • Advise on different contractual issues and dispute resolution up to and including supplier performance issues and official claims by the supplier and negotiate claim settlement.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis of commercial bid submissions, supplier spend and other types of financial and analyses as required; to establish feasibilities for evaluating the alternatives that may impact the technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative relationships. Assist in the preparation of verifications of contractor cost and escalation or de-escalation factors, the company estimate, and the scope of work that reflects a realistic company position.
  • Being initiative and proactive to locate shortcomings or potential problems in the administrative procedures or contract terms and conditions and recommend solutions.
  • Provide guidance and brainstorm with fellow teammates on unique contractual challenges or opportunities. Thrive in a close-knit team environment.
Who we are looking for
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance Supply Chain, Finance or other business related. A Master's Degree is preferred
  • Have 15-18 years’ experience in Finance & contractual business fields
