Your future role & Job Purpose:

We are looking to hire Program Manager (Operation Services) , who will be responsible for but not limited to:

The role reports directly to the SVP Operation Services. The Operation Services Business unit/Line is leaded by the SVP Operation Services & Consist of:

  • Engineering
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Management 
  • Asset Management & Marine Operations 
  • Projects Control 

Operations Services Program manager is a cross functional role. It's to oversee the organizational activities of operation Services functions and coordinates different related projects in a company to ensure they benefit one another. The selected Candidate main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve operation services functions efficiencies, building long-term goals for the operation services functions. Also, the operations services program manager oversees the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. He / She will coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. The selected candidate will have a strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills, oversight on strategic planning, roll-out of project Controls ,risk management, due diligence, transition, transformation & data migration. Self-motivated, highly diligent, able to work independently and as a team player, excellent data analytical skills with strong knowledge in Operations Reporting, Projects milestone report, management reporting, Budgeting & Cost Control


Key Accountabilities:
  • Preside over daily operations and lead the implementation of safety and efficiency planning, & continuous improvement strategy.
  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Creating and managing long-term goals.
  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyzing program risks.
  • Working on strategy with the marketing team
Who we are looking for:
  • Main preference is for Saudi Candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Between 10-15 years/+ proven experience in an operations management position or related field
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications
  • Understanding of project management
