We are looking to hire 2 IT Systems Analyst II (Applications Support Division), who will be responsible to:

Assist in the development and implementation of business applications, systems and procedures; engineering design packages, in-house & capital projects within recognized fields of Information Technology (IT) endeavors as detailed.

Primary Accountabilities

• Enhance or develop and maintain and support Computer Software and Systems.
• Test and evaluate Information Technology (IT) systems; Maintain and support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Develop and implement engineering design packages in his related field; participates in projects review cycles and implementation.
• Test, evaluate, develop, and implement new computer applications and systems, and maintain, enhance and support existing computer applications and systems.
• Developing necessary documentation per established standards, and adhere to Service Level Agreement, if exists, when supporting customers.
• Train and mentor newly hired Assistant IT System Analysts, and orient customers on systems and products.
• Design, implement, support and monitor Database Management System & related software products.
• Update and maintain computer and communications general services and instructions to ensure compliance to company levels services.
• Performs System audits, assessments, and reports to management with findings and undertake measures to ensure conformance.
• Participates in software system design, development and implementation projects by external vendors and ensure implementations as per agreed scope and standards. 

Who we are looking for

• Saudi Candidates are 1st Preference 
• Bachelor of Science (BS)/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Technology, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Preferably between 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology function.
•  IT Industry Accredited and related certificate e.g. ITIL, MCSA
• Knowledge of Database systems, E.g., MS SQL, SAP HANA, Oracle etc.
• Knowledge of Engineering and Infrastructure systems E.g., Aveva, Email, Web Server etc.
• Familiar with Application development tools, E.g., Dot Net, Java, ABAP, Business Objects etc.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards associated with IT like ISO 12207, ISO 27001, NIST etc.
• Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English
