Be responsible for fast paced talent acquisition across local and global.
Primary Accountabilities:

• Planning and implementing company talent acquisition strategy.
• Manpower planning and managing, monitoring the manpower plan.
• Work with a variety of key stakeholders and line managers across several disciplines
• Manage Multi Recruitment Portfolios for the entire company
• Handle A to Z talent acquisition projects (full-cycle)
• Attract top talents locally & globally to International Maritime Industries (IMI) and be passionate and knowledgeable about the organization
• External talent mapping.
• Manage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategies
• Manage and have Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
• In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
• Managing, improving and enhancing the Stakeholders and candidate's experience
• Managing negotiations & Monitoring the company Internal equity.
• Lead employer branding & Promotion initiatives
• Marketing Organization as an employer of choice to potential candidates
• Handle & Represent company in Recruitment Campaigns (Locally & Globally) & Serve as brand ambassador at various events 
• Preparing various types of reports
• Collaborate with a team of talent acquisition team
• Handle all other miscellaneous matters related to talent acquisition.

 

 

Who we are looking for:

• Hands on & Proven experience as Technical Recruiter with good relevant years of experience in shipbuilding Industry, Rig building Industry, Maritime Industry, Offshore Industry or relevant Industry.

• Technical recruitment experience with all levels of vacancies in shipyard/Shipbuilding company is (Strongly preferred) including Blue Collar (Preferable)
• Relevant Degree (Preferable Engineering Degree)
• Talent Acquisition License/ Certification/ Accreditation is preferred.
• A background in high volume hiring campaigns is strongly preferred
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Be able to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations
• A positive, “can do” attitude.
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
• English Language proficiency
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
