• Hands on & Proven experience as Technical Recruiter with good relevant years of experience in shipbuilding Industry, Rig building Industry, Maritime Industry, Offshore Industry or relevant Industry.
• Technical recruitment experience with all levels of vacancies in shipyard/Shipbuilding company is (Strongly preferred) including Blue Collar (Preferable)
• Relevant Degree (Preferable Engineering Degree)
• Talent Acquisition License/ Certification/ Accreditation is preferred.
• A background in high volume hiring campaigns is strongly preferred
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Be able to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations
• A positive, “can do” attitude.
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
• English Language proficiency
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
