Your future role
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Superintendent Utilities Zone F&E (South & North), who will be responsible for but not limited to:
Maintenance Superintendent Utilities Zone F & E (South & North) is responsible for the overall maintenance of the utility’s equipment and systems within Zones F & E including water, sewage, electricity and others. “To preserve the function of our physical assets throughout their life period to the satisfaction of international standards through continued process improvement, selecting and applying the most cost-effective techniques along with proactively preventing and managing failures and their consequences” “The Result of Maintenance work is process reliability, together, the result is production reliability” “Safety + Maintenance + Operations = Production”
Your responsibilities
- Ensure all Zone F & E (South & North) related work activities are done safely and environmentally friendly
- with zero tolerance
- Monitor, coordinate and oversee the financial, physical, and regulatory operations of the assigned facility
- equipment portfolio
- Ensure the implementation of the Asset Management System in Zone F & E (South & North) as per ISO
- 55001:2014, AM Policy and SAMP
- Ensure full alignment in how asset management is implemented between different areas within Zone F & E
- (South & North). Then, ensure the same alignment with other zones
- Perform Zone F & E (South & North) Preventive Maintenance Program as planned and ensure zero overdues
- Smartly and randomly review the history entered to the completed and closed work orders and take
- ·necessary actions to improve the history quality.
- Review and approve capital improvement and/or maintenance requirements related to utility equipment
- and systems
- Review and approve operating budgets related to utilities equipment and systems in Zone F & E (South & North)
- Provide technical and logistical assistance to Zone F & E (South & North) maintenance supervisors and
- technicians required to identify and resolve assets’ failures and trips
- Recommend changes to asset management plans according to the utility equipment and systems’ failures
- modes, main time between failures and historical reliability data
- Review utilities’ equipment and systems operating monthly reports and financial statements, analyze
- performance against budget, research variances, recommend and implement operational changes to meet
- performance objectives
- Track maintenance issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely, cost effective manner
- Ensure the review and implementation of Zone F & E (South & North) related FRACAS findings and
- recommendations
- Recommend and coordinate capital improvement and/or maintenance requirements related to utility
- equipment and systems
- Coordinate and ensure completion of annual compliance reports, contracts, and related documentation
- Recommend decisions to dispose the non-conforming utility equipment and systems supported by Whole
- life-cycle costing analysis
- Understand context of the organization and identify related risks and opportunities in Zone F & E (South &
- North).
- Apply best practices in overseeing efficient, cost-effective, and flexible maintenance activities within
- established budgets
- Monitor Zone F & E (South & North) related KPIs and take timely action to meet their targets
- Manage Zone F & E (South & North) staff, including allocation of duties, competency training, performance
- evaluation and leave roster and absence
- Work closely with HSEQ Department for potential hazards, to provide a safe working environment, for all
- employees
- As per ISO55001, review and approve business case studies including risk and decision-making matrix for
- acquisition of new utility equipment and systems
- Review and recommend adjustment to the outsourcing strategies
- Implement the asset management competency guideline and report compliance to Maintenance Manager Utilities
- Review and approve the manpower Training Needs Analysis and Individual Developmental Plans
- Evaluate the manpower annual performance
Who we are looking for
- Preferred Saudi national
- 10-13/+ years of practical experience in Asset Management and utilities’ maintenance. A minimum of (5) years of people management Excellent English Skills
- BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must have working knowledge of NEBOSH and/or OSHA standards and
- practices
- The IAM Principles certificate is a must
- ISO31000 Lead Certificate is a plus
- IFS practical experience is a plus
- Excellent Computer Skills
- HSE, Accountability and initiative taken for managing, maintaining, and
- improving the IMI’s health, safety, and environmental performance.
