• Manage and have Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
• In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
• Managing, improving and enhancing the Stakeholders and candidate's experience
• Managing negotiations & Monitoring the company Internal equity.
• Lead employer branding & Promotion initiatives
• Marketing Organization as an employer of choice to potential candidates
• Handle & Represent company in Recruitment Campaigns (Locally & Globally) & Serve as brand ambassador at various events
• Preparing various types of reports
• Collaborate with a team of talent acquisition team
• Handle all other miscellaneous matters related to talent acquisition.
