Your future role:

We are looking to hire OJT Coordinator who will ensure smooth and effective of on job training and special projects and administer OJT employees at different plants, workshop and yard sites assuring the HR support services are provided to all employees.

The OJT Coordinator shall work as Focal point of contact and represent the company by attending all required meetings with partners staff and management.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Registering training courses through system based on training demands and requirements.
  • Receiving and filtering all training demands from all OJT providers and updating Talent Management regularly.
  • Coordinating with the Facility Management & Support Services Dept of Planning and Support Group for arranging all training logistical needs.
  • Coordinating with Industrial Security & Fire Department, HSEQ for planning & support in issuing required ID cards and conduct the required awareness sessions.
  • Scheduling training sessions and coordinating for any changes on the training schedule.
  • Preparing reports on training accomplishment on a monthly basis.
  • Cascading to all departments/employees for upcoming training events. 
  • Incumbent assures that all Saudi Arab employees are certified on current and target job’s training requirements including safety training as per approved GIs.
  • Keeping record of trainer evaluations and attendance sheets and updating training record of all employees. 
  • Discuss with the Site Supervisors & mentors, Training unit head, the possible and special programs to improve the skills and job performance of the slow learners.
  • Inform concerned employees of the confirmed courses’ information and notify them of any changes on the OJT task scheduled evaluation.
  • Prepares and discusses with individual trainees’ performance reports of on-job and their training progress and actual progress and resolving encountered difficulties.
  • Coordinate with other departments’ reps in the area (Fire, Loss Prevention.), to conduct special training sessions if required.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.
Who we are looking for:
  • Diploma in related Human Resources or BA major.
  • Min  6 years of experience in training or relevant field.
  • HR Certifications is preferred.
  • HRDF Courses is preferred.
  • Fluent in English communications.
  • Good in MS Office.
