Your future role:
We are looking to hire a Category Analyst, who will be responsible to lead the efforts and develop the overall strategy of category management and demand forecasting. The individual in this role acts as both the technical and the business interface between suppliers and IMI’s internal stakeholders.
Primary Accountabilities:
  • Develop, implement, and update all polices, strategies, procedures and process related to category management.
  • Develop and work with the ERP team to ensure that PSCM requirements related to category management & demand forecasting is implemented.
  • Categorize Goods and services to ensure the optimum segmentation of the supply chain and the classification of suppliers according to the importance of their portfolio of goods and services.
  • Communicate with all internal stakeholders to ensure they provide accurate forecasting to their materials/services requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret market conditions, trends and data to identify market opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor University Degree. 
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Category Management Association Certification considered a plus
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic. 
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Analytical, quantitative and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel.
