We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst I, IT Planning and Programs who will be responsible to:

Develop and implement business applications, systems and procedures within recognized fields of Information Technology (IT) endeavors as detailed.

Primary Accountabilities

• Senior Analyst I, IT Planning and Programs liaises with various sections of IT and develop plans, schedules, budget and resources for IT programs and projects.  Assigns IT projects to the concerned IT teams, track the project progress and report to management. Schedules and participates in IT project status review meetings and monitor action items. 
• Administers the bid process, development of bid slate, coordination of all preliminary phases of contract procurement and the preparation of contract drafts
• Attends job explanation or negotiations meetings, as directed, for different types of contracts. Understands the procurement options available and ensure conformance with industry practices, established laws, Contracting Manual and other IMI’s policies and procedures.
• Participates in cross functional review of contracts with the proponent, Finance and Law for different procurement situations.
• Monitors and controls IT contracts status for milestone schedules, deliverables, payments and report to management. Participates with a team that counsels contractors for performance issues.
• Liaises with PSC team for IT purchase requirements and co-ordinate with proponents for technical acceptance of bids.
• Monitors the status of purchase requisitions deliverables, payments and report to management.
• Maintains records of IT Department KPIs, measurements and report to management.

Communication and Working Relationships

Internal:

Frequent contact with Senior Analysts for direction and guidance, and with customers for review and evaluation of application requirements.

External:

Frequent contact with Senior Analysts for direction and guidance, and with customers for review and evaluation of application requirements. Frequent contact with vendors for product information, and Information Technology (IT) project status

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Law, Business, Engineering or closely related degree.
• Saudi Candidates as 1st Preference 
• Preferably (7-10)/+ years or more in Project/Business Administration
• IT Industry Accredited and related certificate e.g. ITIL, PMP
• Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English
• Familiar with frameworks and standards associated with IT like ISO 20000, ISO 27001, NIST etc.
