Your future role:

The role of a RM Analyst is to communicate risk policies and processes for the organization. he/she provides hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support. RM Analyst must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes.

  • Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
  • Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
  • Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements.
  • Establishing the level of risk the company are willing to take
  • Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (informing ExCom about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)
  • Explaining the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders
  • Act as liaison with all departments for creating treatment plans to limit risks
  • Act as secretary as well as Management and facilitation of the company’s Risk and Compliance Committee (RCC) and associated resources. 



 

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include Risk reporting as tailored to the relevant audience. (informing ExCom about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)
Explaining the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders. This will include:-

 

  • Identify and analyzing various risks.
  • Develop risk management controls and contingency plans.
  • Communicate recommendations to management.
  • Generate all required reports for project control management review.
  • Follow up the risks associated with ongoing project with the Project Controls Advisor on day-to-day business.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

Who we are looking for:
  • Risk Management, Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Statistics, Engineering, Law or any related major 
  • Minimum of Five (5) relevant experience.
  • ISO 31000 certification
  • Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English and Arabic
Competencies (Knowledge,Skills, & Abilities):
Bachelor of  Risk Management, Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Statistics, Engineering, Law or any related major
