Your future role

IMI is looking for a professional To lead the efforts aimed at achieving IMI localization mandate, establishing the local maritime ecosystem, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with suppliers. This role acts as the technical and commercial interface between suppliers and IMI.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update IMI’s localization strategies, policies and procedures.
• Develop IMI’s suppliers attraction incentive package to attract reputed foreign suppliers to establish their manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia.
• Work with potential suppliers to develop and approve their localization plans and to monitor the implementation of suppliers approve localization plans to ensure the localization targets are achieved.
• Cooperate with other local localization program association to avoid overlapping while attracting suppliers.
• Assist suppliers in identifying local sources of raw materials as required.

 

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor University Degree in related Engineering Disciplines or Business Management.
• 3 to 9 relevant years of experience.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Presentation Skills.
• Analytical, quantitative and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
